My internal storm

For far too long I used the inability to be what I was in my youth as an excuse to not be the best I could be now. I’m not planning on getting back into dance or body building but this extra flab gotta go. I want to feel better in body and spirit so I had a funeral for my youth and am looking forward to the next phase ‘cause I got shit to do.
