Going up or down
Spiraling out of control
Corners and curves meld

I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. Awards: While I am grateful and honored for the numerous nominations, I don’t have time to respond to them with the attention they deserve, so for the most part, I am an award free blog. 1. I love it. A spiral that is all corners. Where is this?

  2. Thank you Marie. This is at Greeter Falls in TN. The last leg of the climb down to the falls is this spiral staircase bolted into the rock cliff. I have never seen anything like it at any other park.

  7. Thank you Gail! FYI, I don’t use people’s names unless I know they are cool with it. Some folks like their blog to be anonymous.

  11. If “up” implies having left the bed, then not quite that. Slept, awoke, slept some more, now more sleep. πŸ˜‰

  12. I do the same. I wake up with hot flashes at weird hours and just work through them. I would say I don’t “sweat it” but that’s not quite true…..

  13. Of course, it was written by a couple of Brit punks in their 20s, so what would they know?

And they’re still singing it 50 years later.
