We are living in a time When personal choices Can impact so many others As a matter of life or death, Disparity never so clear Selfishness disguised as freedom, Choosing economy over humanity Is the real tragedy Because if we let go of man made doctrines, Reject the fear of scarcity And instead embrace abundance, If we focus on taking care of one another Everything will be all right

I don’t see many photos in true black & white (not the grayscale commonly called “black & white”). The image here is a fine example of why the distinction is not a quibble. True B&W fits the eloquent prose poem’s mood better than grayscale or color would.
