Dancing Echoes

Beats Stumbling Around in Silence

Tourist

Feeling like a tourist in my own country
Stoned by words of hostility and division
Having to check my patience while struggling
To keep my sense of retribution in check
Because if I allow the malignant cancer of hate
To take hold of my soul
Then I become the problem
And not the solution

I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. Awards: While I am grateful and honored for the numerous nominations, I don’t have time to respond to them with the attention they deserve, so for the most part, I am an award free blog. 3. Hello Christy….. yes and Australia is not so isolated anymore, either…
The modern world has our boundaries shrinking
Testing our tolerance and acceptance of new neighbours
Life will continue to be forever changing…quickly….
