Dancing Echoes

Beats Stumbling Around in Silence

From the moment we are born
Until the moment we die
Our lives are a series
Of calculated risks
That make life worth living
And ventures worth taking
When fear of regret is greater
Than the reality of danger

in response to Patrick Jennings Pic and a Word Challenge #183: Risk

Author: Dancing Echoes

I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. Awards: While I am grateful and honored for the numerous nominations, I don’t have time to respond to them with the attention they deserve, so for the most part, I am an award free blog. 1. Awesome. Just… awesome.

Been considering the idea of getting an adventure bike myself… something to go “explorating” the back roads and trails with.

  2. Thanks Patrick. And here I thought you were a pedal bike purist. It’s my first motorbike and I am having a blast. Yeah, I am already thinking now I need a dirt bike.

  3. I’ve been considering adventure bikes for years. While my preference would still be a mountain bike, unfortunately, my knee just won’t get me where I want to go anymore.

Though… perhaps an electric mountain bike is an option.

Still, the places a KTM 690 would take me… that has some appeal. 😉

  4. The truth to this is so glorious. We can have no feeling that are not obvious should we lead an ordinary life.
