I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. This was on the Oregon coast. The northwest coast has magnificent tide pools. So does Maine and the northeast coast. Cold water and rocky coasts are the best for this type of ecosystem. I just love it.

My favourite too. I spent hours and hours as a kid in them, and they continue to fascinate me.
Lovely post and pic. =)
