My burning desire
Is to cast aside
My veil of self protection
To stand vulnerable
Naked, trembling
No longer transparent
Known
For who I truly am

I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. Thank you Britta! I need to catch up with what is going on in your world. I haven’t had much time for reading lately but hope to catch up soon. I hope all is well.

<smile> A veil I draw before my own eyes, sometimes, as much as any other observers.
