I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. They are the oddest creatures, aren’t they? Don’t really even look like spiders. 😃

They sure are. They look like little land mines suspended in the air. I saw a cool one years ago in Cannon Beach, OR that looked like a tiny pine cone on a fir tree.

Sweet image… love the colours, and the way the psychedelic spider just fits right in there. =)
And like many things seemingly tenuous, a thread stronger than steel. ; )
Lovely stuff, as always CJ. ❤

A classic haiku, using nature to talk about us. Very well-written
