I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path.
Awards: While I am grateful and honored for the numerous nominations, I don’t have time to respond to them with the attention they deserve, so for the most part, I am an award free blog.

Mmmmm… two lines which evoke for me autumn in New England, when I would spend many moments in the solitude of crisp air, leafless trees and a breeze void of birdsong. Aside from the carnival of colour which precedes this season, the bare bones of autumn is my favourite time of the year there.

I agree wholeheartedly. I lived in Maine in the 80’s and autumn was without a doubt my favorite season there.
