I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. 7. Nice one. Macro, very close up, and where the lines and curves unite as well as the form and function. Very good meshing of the poem and picture. I enjoy your posts.

  8. Whether hi-tech or lo-tech, gadgets that just do something well (w/o any pretense of being pretty) have their own kind of beauty, as your haiku rightly suggests.
