Under darkness of night
A mere wisp of a girl
Appears as if an apparition
Standing on the sea wall
Face towards the stars
Wondering who is out there
Will we ever know the answers?

I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path.
Awards: While I am grateful and honored for the numerous nominations, I don’t have time to respond to them with the attention they deserve, so for the most part, I am an award free blog.

Lovely poem. Curiosity never ending while looking to the stars. The photo is so hauntingly beautiful.

Thank you! It was a happy accident. I was taking photos of fireworks and did not realize she was there until I looked back through the series of photos. When it came up it made me jump.
