Brief life is fleeting

Waves of brilliant leaves
Falling in the chilly air
Thick sap retreating

Waves of golden light

  2. Thank you. A few weeks ago the garage was full of dead dragonflies just like this one. I pick the one with the least decay as my subject. I wasn’t sure what I would do with it but it was too cool not to photograph.
