Removing carpet, tile and tack
Oh my throbbing, aching back
Damn! My thumb just took a smack

I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. 8. I always try anyway! Dirty secret: It actually felt good to have something to smash with a legitimate purpose. Great attitude adjuster. Thanks for the comment!

  9. When I bought my first futon, the instruction manual encouraged regular bouts of attitude adjustment to keep the mattress “fluffy”.

Those were my most well adjusted years. Memory foam has done wonders for my sleep, but it leaves me wanting for something to beat down into submission…
