You know, that isn’t even my cat. It is the neighbors. She absolutely tortures my birds.

The bird looks a bit distressed… really. My first thought when I saw the picture was. “I taut I saw a putty cat ”

That’s too bad, although those birds are big enough to do some damage if it gets too close.
