Happy frogs “harump”
In the soft, spring rain shower
Courting has begun

Courting has begun
As the spring rain falls softly
On the new, green buds

On the new, green buds
Happy frogs sing for a mate:
Life has come full circle

Life has come full circle
As spring awakens courting
Of the green tree frog
