Gossamer glass wings,
Crepuscular camouflage
And shining chartreuse,
Cloaks the tiny Green Lacewing
From a keen, ravenous stare.

I am a scientist by trade and artist by soul. My creative outlet used to be dancing but due to injuries and age, I must now find another path. I am hoping my writing, poetry and photography can be this new path. 4. Beautiful poem and pic! Great alliteration, internal rhyme, word choice, simplicity–excellent! I love the angle on this guy and the way the light hits the “shining chartreuse.” Thumbs up! 🙂
